Training Videos

We have created dozens of short videos that show you how to edit your website, use your blog, allow multiple site editors, write for easy reading on the web, get more traffic to your site, and much more. Each video is short and to the point, usually less than 3 minutes in length, and they are all organized into chapters for easy navigation.

Most clients like to watch all the videos once and then return to a video or two to review if they ever forget how to do something once they begin working with their site.

Highly Trained Customer Service Representatives

Our Customer Service Reps are trained to answer any questions you may have about your website as well as give you tips along the way to insure that your site always looks good, flows well, and is seen by as many people as possible.

All of our Representatives are Americans and speak English as their first language but we can also assist you in Spanish or Portuguese if so desired.

In-depth Website Evaluations

60 days after you purchase your site, a website analyst will do an in-depth analysis on your website. They will evaluate the aesthetics of your site content, the usability or flow of your site content, and they will take a look at what you are doing to get new visitors to your site.

After they evaluate the progress of your site they will meet with you over the phone to go over their findings. This way you will have an expert make sure that your site is living up to its full potential.
